Hotel Reservation

The Cut-off date is March 29, 2013. Reservation requests received after 5 p.m. local time on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space/rate availability basis.

To make reservations, please call the Salishan Spa & Golf Resort Reservation Dept. at 1-800-452-2300 or 1-888-Salishan between the times of 8am and 8pm and identify yourself as participants of the 2013 Salishan Conference on High Speed Computing to receive the special rate.

Individual guests will be responsible for the reservation, tax, resort service fee and incidental charges upon checkout. A 72-hour cancellation fee will be enforced, additionally should any guest choose to checkout prior to their confirmed departure date, a early check-out fee of $25 will be charged. Check-in time is 4:30pm and checkout time is 12noon.

Prior check in, representatives of the United States Government must present certificate document for tax exemption with identification number to be retained by hotel and satisfactory credentials as proof of tax exemption. State and county employees in Lincoln County are not tax exempt.

A deposit equal to a one night’s stay or a credit card guarantee is required to hold each individual’s reservation.  This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least three days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.
